The brand
100% plant-based spreads celebrating the fruits of the fenua, notably taro, uru and sweet potato. An artisanal, local product with zero cold-chain hassle. Logo elevated by genuine Polynesian tattoos, signed Eli M Tattoo in Tahiti.
Who I am
My partner and I have been vegetarian for a few years now. Over time, this way of eating made us curious: attentive to what grows near us, to the fruits of the fenua, and to every plant-based alternative we could imagine with them.
Le Pot'lynésien was born from that curiosity. I love testing new blends, pairing flavours, chasing the combination that surprises. And behind every jar there is a simple wish: to celebrate local produce, give it a place in our cupboards, and show that plant-based food belongs in the cuisine of these islands.
I cook in small batches, by hand, here in Tahiti. Every jar carries a batch number and a great deal of care. If you see me at a market, come and taste: that's how it all starts.
